"Give children a life, not a life sentence" We need to completely revamp, rethink foster care - we can no longer attempt to provide the basics (which we don't do anyway), we also need to provide stability, compassion, care. We may never be able to agree to the issue of choice but we can agree that children in need NEED more than what is provided by the current foster care system.
