Isabelle is an innovation and business leader in the emerging trends, technology practices and change management. Her focus is on disruption and value creation and their impact on business, society and the individual. Her interests are at the crossroads of humanities and cutting-edge technologies. She is passionate about translating complex subjects into integrative and empowering solutions, to solve global challenges. A long-time traveller, she has worked extensively in Europe, the Mediterranean, the US, Brazil and India, as an independent researcher, observer, consultant and entrepreneur. In the course of her activities, she investigated – and sometimes coined - emerging concepts such as “smart low cost” “reverse globalisation” “innovations at crossroads”. In 2012, she cofounded Theano Advisors, which was ranked the first French company and the first management consulting firm in the FT1000, listing the 1,000 companies in Europe that have achieved the highest percentage growth in revenues between 2012 and 2015. She left Theano in 2017 to pursue her exploratory interests in the phenomenology and impact of disruptions on individuals, societies, and organizations. She likes to describe herself as a disruption sentinel. Isabelle is currently working on the disruptive effects that the fusion between sciences and business has on organizations and leadership. Isabelle has been a Iyengar yoga practitioner for the last 15 years. She has a deep-rooted interest in the age-old traditions of holistic health and of body-mind training - with an eye on the latest contributions in those fields by science and technology. She holds a MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
