Karla Merrell is a Panamanian immigrant and entrepreneur on a mission to elevate women’s pursuit of community and growth. She is the Founder of the Growth Circle, an online community that offers accountability, support, and guidance for women 40+ looking to reach beyond motivation, becoming consistent and fulfilled in all areas of their lives. She leads the Growth Circle running group, an 8- week training program that helps women celebrate their bodies and challenge their minds into completing a 5K race while building their confidence and a healthy lifestyle. A former attorney, Karla traded the security of the role for the adventure of entrepreneurship in founding her event, strategy logistics company, Meet and Greet Events, where she has dedicated 10 years to helping female speakers, coaches, and thought leaders create platforms for their messages, connect with the right audiences, and scale beyond the stage. As a speaker and community leader, Karla aspires to inspire women around the world to believe in themselves embracing curiosity as the path to find opportunities to kick-off their own growth journeys.
