Bio

I'm a Life Architect originally based in Los Angeles, California, now living my most beautiful life in the Palm Springs area and serving my clients worldwide. I'm fortunate to be a seasoned leader ongoing 17+ years and run a global coaching and consulting firm called Three Beats Consulting, Inc., focused on supporting Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Coaches in creating thriving lives and businesses. My Masters is in Organizational Leadership and I partner with clients on an individual and/or group level to create their future. I've worked with leaders at: Google, Disney, Gallup, World Vision, Hulu, Netflix, Pepperdine University, Hastens, and The Style Network. My mission behind my business (and my life) is to help people live the life they want most before it's too late. I'm married to the love of my life and we have a 4-year old daughter who is obsessed with all things Disney!

I'm passionate about

helping people create the life and work of their ultimate dreams in a practical, intentional way.

An idea worth spreading

What would you do if you found out you had one month to live? Who would you spend time with? What would you do with that time? What would you say to those you love? What would you do with the money you have? Not many people spend time thinking about the real meaning and real love they have in their life. However, embracing the finiteness of life can give each of us a new "lease on life" and a renewed perspective of what really matters. Many of us remember where we were on 9/11, or when we go word of Kobe Bryant's death. We remember the visceral shock of the news and of the deaths. Yet what changed in your life as a result? Not many people changed the way the live even in the wake of grief and loss, and the reality of death - and this is an opportunity for all of us to reimagine our life. When my dear friend, Dr. Jennifer Golick, was killed by a patient of hers in 2018, it changed my whole life. The grief of her loss broke a system of my life that did not work, thankfully, and I got a to-do-over mindset at age 40. That's what led to me ultimately leaving my corporate work and launching into my own business full time. It's given me joy... time with my daughter... traveling the world... and a whole experience of freedom on a daily basis. Now, I help my clients do the same thing. It's never too late (just as my client who is 72 years old!). Every day is an opportunity to wake up and actually live the way you desire to. What do you want to live for?
