I'm passionate about

Leadership, personal and professional development! Of all the hats Molly wears, her role as Young Professional Development Program (YPDP) Manager at KLJ, is by far the most challenging and rewarding. Since 2012 Molly has directed the three-year leadership development program. YPDP is about more than developing young employees; it’s also about developing well-rounded individuals who can use the skills they learn beyond the workplace. The program exposes young professionals to corporate structure, goals, strategies and the opportunity to develop leadership skills. The curriculum consists of general exposure to KLJ Solutions and each subsidiary. Participants attend leadership training sessions, partake in group projects and reading and discussion assignments to promote knowledge sharing. The course curriculum and schedule is fluid and modified when necessary, with administration's approval to maximize effectiveness.
