With a degree in law from the Universidade Cândido Mendes in Rio de Janeiro and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro and Positive Psychology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Porto Alegre (PUC-RS), I hold an MBA in HR from Universidade de São Paulo (FIA) and Columbia Business School.
