I am a…

Business leader, Explorer, Idea generator, Inventor, Life mentor, Project manager, Technologist

Bio

I'm an entrepreneur, technology professional, and emerging leader from Jordan, driven by a belief that meaningful change begins when ideas are transformed into action. My journey brings together entrepreneurship, technology, leadership, and a growing commitment to mental health. I enjoy building projects from the ground up, turning complex challenges into practical solutions, and leading ideas through the uncertain journey from concept to reality. Alongside my work in technology and digital innovation, I have developed a strong interest in mental health and psychological well-being. I believe that mental health deserves to be discussed with greater openness, understanding, and humanity, and I am committed to contributing through awareness, education, and the development of practical digital solutions that can support professionals and the communities they serve. My work has included building and contributing to digital systems and platforms across different fields, with a particular focus on creating technology that solves real problems rather than adding unnecessary complexity. I see entrepreneurship not simply as starting a business, but as the ability to recognize a problem, take responsibility for finding a solution, bring people together, and create something of value.

I'm passionate about

I'm passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership, technology, innovation, and mental health. I am fascinated by the process of taking an idea from its earliest stage and transforming it into something real. I enjoy identifying problems, exploring possibilities, building solutions, and bringing people and ideas together around a shared purpose. Leadership is another area that deeply interests me. I believe good leadership is not defined by authority, but by responsibility, vision, adaptability, and the ability to empower others. Mental health and psychological well-being are also causes I care deeply about. I am interested in contributing to greater awareness and in exploring how education, technology, and innovative services can make mental health support more accessible, practical, and human-centered. Ultimately, I am passionate about one question: how can we use ideas, leadership, and technology to create meaningful positive change?

An idea worth spreading

Entrepreneurship can be a form of leadership, and leadership can begin long before anyone gives you a title. We often think we need permission, resources, experience, or the perfect plan before we begin. But many meaningful initiatives start differently: someone notices a problem, cares enough to take responsibility, and decides to try. I believe more young people should see themselves not only as future employees or business owners, but as problem-solvers and leaders. Leadership is the willingness to step forward when something needs to change. Entrepreneurship is turning that willingness into action. The same mindset can also help us rethink mental health. We need more than awareness—we need people willing to listen, innovate, build better systems, reduce barriers, and create practical ways to support psychological well-being. An idea becomes powerful when it moves beyond the person who had it and begins improving the lives of others.

The TED story

My TED story began with curiosity and a simple belief: ideas have little value until someone is willing to act on them. Through technology and entrepreneurship, I learned that building something new means becoming comfortable with uncertainty. You do not always have the perfect plan. You learn by trying, making mistakes, listening, adapting, and continuing. Winning first place in the Mutah Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award in 2024 was an important milestone in my journey. It reminded me that innovation can come from anywhere when curiosity is combined with action. Over time, my interests expanded beyond technology alone. I became increasingly interested in leadership and in the human side of the problems we try to solve. This led me to explore mental health, psychological well-being, and the ways technology can contribute to better systems, greater awareness, and more accessible support. Today, I see these interests as connected rather than separate. Entrepreneurship teaches us to see possibilities. Leadership gives us the responsibility to act. Technology gives us tools to build. And mental health reminds us that behind every system, challenge, and idea, there are human beings. That intersection is where I hope to continue learning, contributing, and building.

Things you might not know

People don't always know that I'm good at taking an uncertain or complicated idea and helping turn it into a clear path forward. I enjoy looking at challenges from different perspectives, connecting ideas that may initially seem unrelated, and finding practical ways to move from discussion to action. I'm also good at balancing big-picture thinking with execution. I can spend time imagining what something could become, then shift into thinking about the details required to actually build it. Whether the challenge involves a business idea, a technology project, a team, or a social problem, I enjoy asking the same question: "What is the real problem here, and what can we actually do about it?"
