Darina Garland is Co-founder and Co-CEO of global outdoor pizza oven brand Ooni. Darina is passionate about developing people, community, growing world-class teams and authentic partnerships. Known for extreme positivity, Darina champions culture and the experience of the team and their network. Ooni’s purpose is Everyone deserves great pizza. Lucky for Darina and the team- great Ooni pizza experiences are an everyday occurrence in the office. Ooni, known for their outdoor pizza ovens, have offices in the UK, the US, China and Germany and are sold in over 90 countries around the world. The team are decided to sustainability and being a company for good. 1% of turnover goes to sustainability and social causes and to date Ooni have planted 2.6M trees with a partnership 1% for the Planet. Ooni has won multiple awards including EY's Entrepreneur of the Year One's to Watch. Darina also founded Suklaa a global education organisation where the focus is on putting those within learning systems at the heart of educational design. She's run learning events and festivals all over the world including Oppi which has happened in New York, Helsinki, Venice and Champery so far.
