Bio
I am into education field since 2004. Done my Post graduation in Economics with a bachelors degree in education. Have work experience of teaching grades 1-12. Over the years , have gained experience of working with different boards- IGCSE, Maharashtra State Board, Rajasthan State Board, CBSE. Experience includes not only teaching but the overall administrative work also. Currently am working as the academic coordinator, which gives me an opportunity to guide the teachers towards making the teaching learning process effective and enjoyable as well as keep myself updated with the changes in the education policies.

An idea worth spreading
Girl child education- I truly believe , if you educate a woman, you educate the whole family. In today's world , it is necessary to educate a girl and make he financially independent. Now a days there are no areas which are not open to girls. Now even the defense academy is open for girls. We need to given them the confidence of that they have the capacity to achieve whatever they dream of.
