Iam an engineer by profession and a proponent of the process oriented view of the business management. I have build my career over 12 years in financial industry and presently working in an IT firm as a Project Manager. I have been involved in identification and implementation of several small and large sized projects and empowering my colleagues to make their contribution in these projects. Iam an avid reader and follower of business management and love to share my contributions through my blog and the twitter handle. I love to contribute to the society by participating in community events and programs.

Really fascinated by the fact that Nouns ( the objectives ) around us are controlled by the Verbs ( the enabling actions ). This is a basic principle but has its application to so many different aspects of life. Right from identifying duties in a job that control the objectives to starting a good morning walk for superior health. When you connect all nouns with the various verbs - it produces a one to many connection easily recognizable as a Magic carpet.

Transformation

To empower the people with an understanding of how they can identify and validate the right verbs that will lead to the objective/nouns that matter in our lives. I have produced a magic carpet of my own actions that have delivered results. Once the relationship between noun and verb is validated, it is easy to embed the adherence of verbs through a proper action plan. This is an easy, funny and interesting way to develop habits that matter.
