Bio
Mr. Tom Mauborgne hails from the UK, via France, and has been happily teaching in Taiwan for the past 20 years after unexpectedly finding what a wonderful island it is! He gained his teacher’s license and MA-Ed over the past ten years while teaching English at various international schools in Taipei, and becoming a father! When he’s not building 3-foot cardboard cars, he’s following the news or watching football, and planning his next trail running race.

Being a father, a husband, cooking, trail running, and chess, among other things.
An idea worth spreading
Everyone has a story to tell, and the potential to light up fires of imagination and creativity in other people's lives.
The TED story
I started teaching Public Speaking last year and organized a TED-Ed event for my students. I am now helping a different group of students run a TEDx event after being approached by two very motivated students.
