Bio

As Co-Organizer and Head of Team at TEDxStuttgart, I thrive on connecting ideas and people to inspire transformative conversations. My professional journey began with a commercial apprenticeship and part-time studies in Business Administration, specializing in IT Management and Communication. After gaining extensive experience, including a role as Head of Innovation, I decided to take a bold career turn. I completed vocal studies in Jazz/Pop and trained as a certified breathing, voice, and speech therapist. Additionally, I became a certified specialist in rhetoric and communication training and a systemic coach. Today, I work independently as a systemic communication coach and voice and rhetoric trainer, helping individuals communicate with confidence, clarity, and impact.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential through the power of effective communication and authentic self-expression. Whether it's helping someone overcome stage fright, refining their public speaking skills, or fostering meaningful connections in a professional setting, I thrive on guiding others to find their voice and use it with confidence. I believe that authenticity, clarity, and conscious decision-making are key to meaningful personal and professional growth. By encouraging self-awareness and intentional action, I help others not only communicate effectively but also align their words and actions with their values. This creates stronger connections, greater trust, and lasting impact.

The TED story

My first TEDx experience was as a visitor in Tübingen, where I managed to disrupt several videos with a persistent coughing fit. It’s safe to say, my introduction was... memorable. In 2015, I joined the TEDxTübingen Partnerships Team, and quickly discovered I wasn’t exactly cut out for it. But that didn’t stop me! In 2016, I moved to TEDxStuttgart, where I began in the Speaker Team and Speaker Coaching. Over time, my involvement deepened, and I became Co-Organizer. Since 2023, I’ve also taken on the role of Head of Team. Up until 2024, I was responsible for stage management at TEDxStuttgart, which only added to my passion for creating seamless and impactful events.
