Ansel Lam

Ansel Lam, founder and principal coach of DreaMpact Ltd., has more than 10 years experience on training and coaching. After earning his Master of Divinity (M. Div) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), he is proceeding his studies in The University of Hong Kong (HKU) for a second master degree(M. Soc. Sci.), major in behavioral health. His research interest lies on coaching, personality, bio-psycho-social-spiritual integration and human developmental psychology. Ansel have all-round experience in professional coaching and training, project and event management, Team building and empowerment, community development, leadership training, counselling and activity based learning. By integrating inter-nationally certified skill set including Neuro-Semantics(ISNS®), Meta-coaching(ISNS®), Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis(T-JTA®) and PREPARE/ENRICH counselling (Life Innovations, Inc.), Ansel dedicates himself in empowering young people to dis-cover their life purpose and unleashing their potential to actualise their life dreams. With this passion, Ansel formed his own training and coaching enterprise to bring this life transformational change to the his clients. Ansel has delivered over hundreds of talks, seminars and workshops in the field of coaching, life planning, team building and empowerment, personal enhancement, leadership training, conflict management, stress reduction, EQ training, personality, relationship management and more. He has been mentoring many young people in empowering them to face life challenges, experience personal growth and achieve higher goals and better performance. His coaching style is empowering and inspiring. By exploring the every resource within his clients and giving ruthlessly compassionate challenges to his clients, Ansel unleash their strength to actualise their goals. With his own training and coaching enterprise DreaMpact Ltd., Ansel won the GoCambridge Enterprise Competition 2014. He was invited to attend the enterprisers program hosted by Judge Business School, Cambridge University of UK and deliver a mindfulness session to over 100 young entrepreneurs. In 2014, Ansel is also being shortlisted to be one of the Dragon 100 and became a member of DragoNation. In 2015, Ansel is being nominated to be a founding member of the Youth Think Tank, under The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Group.
