Bio
Romaric N'DRI AFFRÉ is from Côte d'Ivoire in West Africa. He has 18 years of experience in the training industry and has trained 3,237 people.
He is very passionate about Entrepreneurship, English and Leadership. He is an IFC-LPI (Learning Performance Institute) certified trainer since 2018.
He is President of the Very Small Business Administration (VSBA) and Managing Director of English 1.2.3 International.
He is also an alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship program, President Barack Obama flagship program for Young African Leaders where he went to Clark Atlanta University (USA) in 2014. He worked at the US Small Business Administration Seattle District Office as well.
He is currently running an English language training institute with the vision of turning his country into a bilingual country by 2045.
Among the people he has been empowering so far are students, women and kids for whom he designed *"Best youth Camp"* and a *"business education program"*, two programs to bridge the gap of graduates work-readiness and help reduce the number of 12 million African graduates coming on the job market place every single year according to the African Development Bank 2018 annual report.
