I'm a global developer of people and workforces, typically in hyper-growth companies in advance of IPO. I specialize in Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Change Management. I'm a long-distance backpacker and a high altitude skier and was a professional wilderness guide for 20+ years. I'm a trained psychologist who now works exclusively in corporate settings. I'm also community-centered and serve on a board for a non-profit for safe and secure housing for the homeless and served as an Advanced Life Support EMT and ambulance crew chief for ten years. My current work takes me to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia - I love the culture shifting that is required to be a successful practitioner in so many settings...it deeply excites me.
