About Amit
Bio
Amit has a depth of experience in international operations strategy. At Distributed World Power Amit works on the end-to-end operations and market delivery strategy. Before joining DWP, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company working on manufacturing operations, supply chain management and business strategy. While at McKinsey, he also researched global climate change issues, understanding the economic value for companies to go green. Prior to McKinsey, Amit had worked in operations at Steelcase, Inc. and Johnson & Johnson; focusing on Lean manufacturing and supply chain. Amit received his BS and MS in Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan and enjoys working with the Tauber Institute for Global Operations, flying airplanes and practicing martial arts.
