Bio

As Co-Founder of WaitWhat and Executive Producer of the Masters of Scale Summit, I lead the strategy and execution of a multi-day gathering of global leaders across business, technology, and culture. I oversee the experience end-to-end, from program vision and speaker curation to stage design, production, and audience experience, shaping environments designed to spark insight, connection, and action. At WaitWhat, I’ve led creative development across audio, video, and live experiences, including executive producing more than 150 episodes of the award-winning Meditative Story. I oversee teams across content, design, and production, and help guide the company’s creative direction and live experiences as it has grown from an early-stage startup into a scaled media business. I’ve also facilitated over 100 cross-functional sessions, helping teams translate ideas across mediums, from bringing podcasts to the stage to reimagining company operations through AI-native tools and workflows. Before WaitWhat, I held product leadership roles at Vimeo, TED, and Major League Baseball, building and operating complex platforms that serve millions of users, shaping how content is created, distributed, and experienced. As a lifelong film lover, I produced the feature film Patang (The Kite), which premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival, screened in competition at the Tribeca Film Festival, and was named a New York Times Critics’ Pick. I’m interested in how experiences can create moments of discovery, the kind that deepen human connection, spark creativity, and shift how people see what’s possible.
