I'm passionate about

The power of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Design and Math (STEAM) with a good dose of creativity & critical thinking to change the world for the better... And also my four kids, two pugs, traveling...and horse racing...

An idea worth spreading

Innovation = Arts plus Science. We spend too much time debating what kids should study when the great founders of the earliest educational institutions always knew it was always about the Arts & Science together. Its the intersection of technical skills with skills often associated with the Arts (creativity, communication, collaboration, critical thinking) that produce innovation. We need both to solve the great challenges facing the world.

Areas of expertise

banking and finance, general management, government, non profit leadership
