About Ted

Bio

Ted Roxbury is a former Alaskan mountain guide turned entrepreneur and investor who excels at building teams and helping businesses reach new heights. After studying mechanical engineering at Northeastern University, Ted followed his passion for the outdoors, guiding expeditions around the world, including climbs on Denali, Aconcagua, and Pico de Orizaba. These experiences shaped his leadership style and instilled a lifelong appreciation for resilience, teamwork, and calculated risk. Ted later transitioned into the business world, teaching himself digital marketing and joining Clearlink, where he spent 13 years in executive leadership roles, including CEO. During his tenure, he helped grow the company into a leading performance marketing and sales organization with over 2,000 employees, building high-performing teams and driving significant revenue and brand expansion. Today, Ted focuses on investing in and advising early-stage and growth companies, helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses with strategic guidance and operational expertise. Outside of work, he prioritizes time with his son, Theo, and continues to pursue adventures around the world: from backcountry skiing and alpine climbing to exploring remote, wild places.
