Kostas Theo. Ladas was born and raised in Agrinio. He is a three times award-winning baseball Coach and Instructor and Social Media Content Creator. Experienced, decorated Manager with 15+ years of experience at the fields of Computing and Insurance. Former Lecturer at the fields of Business, Marketing & Management. He is former Member and former Chief Contact Person of Association of Professional Insurance Intermediaries in Western Greece, former member of Association of Entrepreneurs of Etoloakarnania Prefecture and current Member-Business Executive of Hellenic Crisis and Disaster Management Institute. He has attended seminars on his work, from National Technical University of Athens, Hewlett Packard, Google, ELTRUN, Business Coaching Lab and United Nations (Department of Safety and Security). He is a certified mentor of Junior Achievement Greece and certified Early Warning Mentor from EU. Since 2025, is a full social media content creator at baseball Instruction and Linkedin writer. He is cooperating with ACTA S.A, as exams invigilator. He has extensive experience in real estate management from private holdings. He is an experienced volunteer. He is an award-winning and former member of Radiation Volunteer of the Municipality of Agrinio, Member of Association of Volunteer Blood Donors of Agrinio, Voluntary bone marrow donor and registered Organ and Tissue donor with National Transplant Agency-Greece. He loves good food, travel and enjoys going out with his friends for a drink in his spare time. Worshiper of Baseball, he is a certified coach from schools of U.S.A and former member of Society for American Baseball Research. At March 2026, awarded the Excellence at Training Award from Global Leaders Business Awards. Recently watched TEDxAgrinio 2022, as VIP attendee. Since 2024 is part of TEDx Agrinio team.
