BA Law 4 years (Institute of Law / UT), MSc Digital Transformation (TalTech). Civil servant by heart and an EU nerd. Worked on European Union (EU) accession negotiations, then in internal security, foreign affairs, centre of government. Organizer Estonian EU Presidency 2017, co-founder of Tallinn Digital Summit 2017-2019, curating TEDxToompea 2015, curating TEDxTallinn 2020. European Young Leader 2015, Friends of Europe. Young Leader in Estonian civil service, Newton Programme. Married, father of two.

The TED story
It probably started like with many before me - by accidentally seeing Sir Ken Robinson speaking on education. In 2015 we decided, as part of a civil service programme, to organize a local TEDx event on breaking taboos. We were assisted by other inspiring people who had already worked on earlier TEDx events and this led me to join a team that started to prepare TEDxTallinn 2020 ("Behind the curve"), which took place virtually at end of September 2020. And the journey continues...
