I'm passionate about
I am passionate about being in service to the planet. I am passionate about all things big and small because I believe that as guests of Earth, we have an inherent responsibility to protect her by challenging all of the things that threaten her ability to thrive. As living organisms with our own energy, how we show up, how we serve, how we live and how we treat every thing - animate and inanimate - becomes of part of Earth's gravitational force. I am passionate about civic engagement, helping leaders to be better at what they do and the disruption of isms.
An idea worth spreading
When having difficult conversations, particularly in work spaces about racial equity - stop focusing on the people. The issue is the container. People behave as the container creates. People come and go from organizations but the outcomes remain the same. The work is about reimagining systems so that they can be modernized to be inclusive of all people. When corporate structures were designed, the demographic that they served and supported was very different. There is people work too, but without remolding the container, its futile.
