I grew up in Luxembourg, as a child of the European Community (my father worked at the European Parliament), which united the European countries after the painful lessons of two World Wars. My parents themselves are from two opposite cultures, Italian and Luxembourgish. The only language they had in common was French, so French became my native language. Therefore, I speak four languages: French, English, Italian and German. Now I live in Paris. I combine a solid background of fifteen years in graphic design with a five years coaching/psychologist certification. I work as a coach, therapist and visual facilitator (bringing groups together through graphic visualization). By coaching and creating original seminars, I encourage women and men to live their lives to their fullest potential through self-inquiry and by empowering them to freely express themselves. I allow women to playfully discover and reconnect with their own unique feminine expression. I also help men to explore deeper insights and develop their creativity and imagination. This enlightening process leads to a better self image, increased confidence, and validation of their talents and potential, simultaneously exploring deeper insights of aspirations and dreams. I hold group sessions on four key themes: Self-image, Developing Your Personal Project, Reaching Your Goals, The Practice of Self-knowledge based on the 15 archetypical Greek deities of Personality. In January 2010, I created my own network – a monthly evening dedicated to self-knowledge based on a mythological grid called “Myth”Me. Through this workshop, women and men discover their true strength and create new ways to express themselves. Last summer I wrote an essay on the feminine journey of identity based on my coaching practice. I want to create a foundation that educates people in the development of self-knowledge.

Identity for value. It is our identity – our true talents, deepest feelings, dreams and aspirations – that creates value. Through life changes we have to learn to become more and more ourselves. The answers to this existential quest arise from within and make personal and collective transformation a real possibility. I'm passionate about encouraging women and men to live their lives to their fullest potential through self-inquiry and by empowering them to freely express themselves. This personal journey is moved by our vital energy… TED is a good catalyst of this vital energy!

I discovered TED after meeting Bruno Giussani at a friend’s home: I loved the idea and passion of spreading ideas by coaching the speakers and creating a community of thinkers and doers. I than began to watch the talks on the web site and became a big fan. And when I finally experienced TED at TEDWomen, it was a big accomplishment! I'm happy to share TED talks and the energy of ideas, and I'm doing my own TED by being myself everyday, passionate and inspired… and also inspiring.
