We are a private organization hovering in the $100MM revenue arena focused on Consumer Directed Healthcare in both the pre and post transaction markets . Education University of Michigan — BA Economics 1981 Rollins College — MBA Finance 1985 Massachusetts Institute of Technology — Visiting Scholar MIS 1989 Skills I possess strong enterprise systems skills. I have recruited and managed strong teams of people to help develop, implement, and support systems that I have designed. The application of these systems are broad and varied and include medical billing, EDI, B2B, SCM, CRM, dashboard, performance measurement and improvement, commissions, time and expense, and inventory. I have also managed large implementations and ongoing support of the Lawson ERP system including GL,Payroll,HR, and Fixed Assets. In addition, I have implemented and installed several data warehouses used to enable business intelligence aspects of mining enterprise data to enable derivative revenue streams have experience with Oracle, DB2, Informix, MySQL, SQLite, Openbase, and MSSQL. In the past two years, I have deployed a full service ESB (enterprise service bus) which allows companies to harness emerging technologies like SOA (service oriented architecture), AJAX (asynchronous JavaScript and XML) and MVC (Model-View-Controller) frameworks. I am excited about and committed to this suite of emerging technologies that allows for a very structured approach to team development of enterprise, carrier grade software that is well documented, scalable, maintainable, and provides the end user with a RIA (rich internet application) interface that allows for delivery of a desktop quality user experience over a common browser that works irrespective of the users operating platform and requires no software to be installed or upgraded on the client computer. I have released three full featured applications this year that harness this technology. The response from our user community has been overwhelmingly positive. During my tenure at Rotech, I have been an integral part of the senior management team, and as such, have been with the company through many pivotal phases of its’ growth. I joined Rotech in 1994 when they were a small, publicly traded company (ROTC), I was present as the company was acquired by Integrated Health Services in 1997. In 1998, IHS file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection and I experienced the restructuring of IHS and the eventual spin-off of Rotech Medical Corp. to Rotech Healthcare Inc. in 2001. We have now re-listed on NASDAQ as Rotech Healthcare Inc. (ROHI). I participated in both debt and equity financing events during the last several years. I have learned a great deal through each of these phases and as a result, I feel that I am a much more astute business executive. I have a very strong entrepreneurial drive and have founded, funded, and sold a few small companies. I have had a few successes (measured in terms of return), one or two where we are still waiting for the final outcome, and a couple of losers; I learned the most from the losers.
