Nesila Koka

Nesila Koka is the Vice-President of Fulbright International Student Association at ASU for 2021-2022. Born and raised in Albania, Nesila has volunteered since a young age and then worked to promote rights and dignified life for vulnerable groups with several non-government organizations in Albania. She has worked for the Local Government and in the last years for IDM, a well-known think tank in Albania. She is a Fulbright Scholarship Grantee. She is currently in Glendale, Arizona, attending a MA in Social Justice and Human Rights at Arizona State University. At the same time, she has interned at the McCain Institute for International Leadership with the Prevention Targeted Violence team. In her free time, she likes to travel, movies and bake.
