Bio
I am a social innovator and entrepreneur, serving as a professor at various universities while leading multiple high-impact social projects. I founded the Latin American Center for Purpose (CLAP), an organization dedicated to training innovative leaders across Latin America.
I deeply value collective leadership and believe that small actions can lead to great changes. This philosophy has shaped my ventures and the initiatives I have led and supported. I was the driving force behind the #PeaceTalks conferences, a space where young people from different regions of Colombia came together to discuss the Peace Agreement between the former FARC-EP and the Colombian Government.
I was also part of the team that made it possible for 3,000 young people in Bucaramanga to come together in a single day to clean the city through the Let’s Do It Bucaramanga initiative.
Currently, I am one of the organizers of TEDxBucaramanga, recognized as the largest TED event in Colombia, in its various editions, including Youth and Live, among others.
