Bio
After years of activity as both musician and composer, David Friedrich turned his attention toward the study musicology and media studies at Humboldt University in Berlin. In 2018, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree and is currently in the master’s program for media studies at the same institution. For his outstanding performance, David was awarded the Humboldt-Scholarship (as part of the Germany Scholarship program) in 2020. Besides his work for the broadcast show Fritz Unsigned as social media manager (2016–2019), he designed the app Tour It Yourself, which enables musicians to book and manage concerts independently. Since 2020, David has been a co-organizer of TEDxHUBerlin.
