About Ellen
Bio
Ellen Damsma (1956) studied at the Dutch Academy for Fine Arts in Antwerp and the Academy for Visual Arts in Arnhem. After she finished several courses in marketing and communication she started her career at the KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) at the advertisement & sales department. She continued as senior trainer manager and later on got promoted to head of internal communications. After the airlines business she went on to work in television where she worked as editor of several television shows. At the end of 1998 Ellen became head of televison at the Dutch charity lotteries (Dutch Postcode Lottery, BankGiro Lottery and Sponsor Bingo Lottery) and in 2004 Ellen was appointed managing director of these three lotteries.
