The TED story

Each year, at the end of the TED conference, I write a blog comprised of my mind-blowing experiences, my impressions and takeaways. In addition, I schedule a meeting at my company where I share my TED experiences and the enthusiasm for the topics is contagious. Everyone is energized and immediately checks out the TED website and the available videos. The Q&A session after the meeting is always lively and inspirational. I have also borrowed from TED University creating my own version called Summer School at Drury Design Dynamics. It is an employee-developed curriculum made up of academic type classes as well as some fun ones. Each class is organized and taught by internal people and are attended by clients, vendors, freelancers and friends. Attendees can attend 6 short 20 minute classes as well as 2 one hour classes on all kinds of innovative topics.
