Anna Sacks

Anna Sacks is forming a coalition to advocate for bipartisan, common sense #donatedontdump policy on the federal level and is head of messaging for NYC’s #SaveOurCompost coalition, which formed in response to COVID-related composting budget cuts. For three years, she worked at Think Zero LLC, a waste reduction & diversion consulting firm, and previously worked on a regenerative farm and global investment bank. On social media, with over 270k followers on TikTok, Anna documents the usable items that she finds in both corporate and residential waste to raise people’s consciousness about waste and consumption. Anna’s work has been featured in The Guardian, NY Post, NowThis, and BuzzFeed, among others. In 2020, she was named a 36 Under 36 recipient by The Jewish Week.
