I'm a consultant and founder of Axis Intelligent Strategy, a firm specialized in Customer Relationship Management and Skills Accelerator, which has been supporting women and men in their development for several years. Since 2012, I have been helping companies in Senegal and abroad to define strategies for developing and retaining customer loyalty, and I also offer practical skills development modules (communication, organization, leadership, management, etc.) aimed at both companies and individuals wishing to develop the practical skills that will enable them to cope effectively with the professional world and perform more effectively. For several years now, I have been working as a mentor with African entrepreneurs to help them on various aspects, from the structuring of their project to the development of the right skills to better work on a daily basis and better manage their resources. As a member of the Executive Committee and Personal Development Referent for the 10000 Codeurs association - which has set up a global program to support African youth in their professional integration via digital technology - I accompany and mentor our young ambassadors in developing the right skills to enable them to succeed in their professional integration. Curious and passionate, I believe deeply in sharing and in the fact that we all have something to learn from each other. This led me to launch my blog The MK's Experience (http://freelancedakar.com), where I share my experiences and lessons learned as an entrepreneur with my readers.
