Debbie Ermiger

Deb Ermiger is executive director of IT employee experience at Hewlett-Packard. She and her team help bring a 'new style of IT' to HP and its customers through innovative programs such as a custom-designed internal social network and other collaboration tools. Prior to her current role, Deb worked in a variety of Marketing and Communications roles at HP, always focusing on providing the best user experience, regardless of the product or project. She helped digitize premier marketing events - driving registration, improving the in-person experience, and extending the value by sharing the content online during and after the event. She has also built and managed extensive programs supporting digital and brand standards for use by wide networks of employees and agencies. Deb and her team are strong advocates for a user-centered design approach to digital asset development throughout HP. She is passionate about working with people who love their jobs, and she does everything she can to create environments where that happens.
