Bio
I am an experienced Head of Faculty - English with a demonstrated history of working in the Education Management Industry. Skilled in Educational Technology, English, Leadership, Innovative curriculum design and Assessment. I love learning and working alongside learners. I have strong information technology skills that work in conjunction with a Certificate of Effective Practice in Gifted Education focused in Gifted Education from REACH Education. A recent exploration into Assessment - with Future Me and the 'Measuring What Matters' discussion initiated by the Melbourne Research project has shifted my perspective on what we report and how it supports learning. Building opportunities for students to become better communicators - in a range of modes - drives me to be better in the classroom and beyond. Coaching teachers to be stronger in their practice is a skill I am currently developing.
