Bio

I work as a project manager in Viken Fylkeskommune. I love Innovation, entrepreneurship, coaching and projectmentor. I ws the one who First had the idea to organize TEDxDrammen - mistet because I fins Drammen exciting with lots of cultures. I am originally from Lofoten in Northern part of Norway. In spear time I do the yoga, go for walks, read books (mostly about Innovation). I was part of a crowdwriting-project in 2014/15 - 155 innovators wrote «Innovation in practice / Innovasjon i praksis». My former project «Innovasjonsløft» became a cartoon in a new Norwegian Innovation book In 2017/18 called «innovatører i praksis»...now I am participating in a new Innovation book about radical Innovation - in Norwegian...We Are a network of People working together om this, and it is exciting! I live on a farm in Valdres-region with my four lovely boys. One of them is my husband. My mother in law lives here with us - she hjelps out on our farm. My work experience is great, one thing that always was / is a part of my job is to manage smaller or bigger projects - I love to see ideas come true! On our farm We run a techno-club for young children and youth. We participate in different competitions in Technology and culture. We participate in First Lego League every year:-)

The TED story

When I First Discovery TED - I was amazed! The First video I watched was «Mikhail Mikczhentmihaly (?)»...wirh HIS talk about «flow» - I can watch HIS talk over an over again!!! The next one was Sir Ken Robinson with his «Do school kills creativity?»...I’ve been working alot with creativity as one important ingredience in innovationprocess - and his talk inspired me to listen more to my kids - let them Get inspired to have their pen ideas - and the space to manage to go from ideas to realisation...There Are of course several others - amongst then Simon Sineks video about «People dont buy what you do, they buy why you do it!»...these talks are nice to see over and over again...
