I lives and works in Shenzhen, China. I am a senior research analyst in a hedge fund, covering global Internet sector. I held a post-graduate Degree in Finance from Loughborough University in UK. I am very interested in analyzing business models and turning my knowledge and thinking into investing decisions, which drives me to learn new things and connecting the dots. I have been a regular at TED.com where I often get inspired by fresh ideas from different areas. I joined TEDxShenzhen(which used to be TEDxFutian) in 2018, and stated to lead content/speaker team since then. I focus on searching new ideas for our community to provide inspiring insight, and try our best to help speaker perform well on stage. We also hosted several speakers-oriented events to strengthen connections among speakers performed in different events. In 2021, I became the co-organizer in TEDxShenzhen. Besides content, I put more attention on spreading and communicating ideas with our community to expand our impact. I also utilized much strategic thinking and management in business accumulated from my career into managing our curation team, with hope that it will become a long-lasting TEDx organization.

My TED journey started early from 2009 when I often learnt new ideas from TED talks online in my college days. In 2018, I joined TEDxFutian, Shenzhen, and started to lead our content/speak team. Our team have delivered more than 40 TEDx talks since then. In 2019, our team was upgraded to TEDxShenzhen, expanding our community to the whole city. In 2021, I became the co-organizer in TEDxShenzhen. We have to date organized more than 15 TEDx events.
