Bio
Rachael Chong is the Founder and CEO of Catchafire, the world’s leading skills-based volunteer platform. Catchafire offers nonprofits critical expertise while providing professionals with transformational volunteer experiences. The company has unlocked an impactful way for foundations to offer capacity-building support and businesses to increase employee engagement. Rachael attended Barnard College and spent her early career in investment banking. She then helped build BRAC USA by leveraging pro bono talent. Rachael holds a Masters of Public Policy from Duke, where her thesis became the business plan for Catchafire. She speaks regularly and was named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader for 2015.
