I am an enthusiastic, resourceful, organized, contributor, connector, planner, and a natural leader. I have always been really involved with d.tech's community whether it's working on the innovation diploma project, being apart of the leadership club, helping make a difference through the diversity council, planning and helping leading the Puerto Rico exchange program, or running for the track team. I am a very reliable collaborator and I'm super passionate about growing my leadership skills. I also happen to be deeply committed to being an advocate for youth mental health and creating a SafeSpace for teens and my Design Tech peers. I also love theater and have been doing it for 8 years. I always have a positive attitude and good mindset. I also have solid production skills along with great follow through and commitment. Additionally, I'm super happy about being TEDxDesignTech's vice president this year.

I have interests in lots of things whether it is leadership, marketing, team management, theater, acting, learning about health, and writing.

Our goal is to host a TEDx event which highlights speaker's passions and skills to portray powerful messages and lessons. I want to leave a lasting impact on people and students in the community. I want to run this event to allow the Bay Area to come together and spend a night celebrating the people who may not be in the spotlight, but change the world.

Personally, this was not my event. We are carrying on the flame that was started by Adelyn Chen who was the ex-president of TEDxDesignTech. She is now an advisor to us. We are lucky enough to be able to carry on the legacy at Design Tech High School as a team. I also have a passion for bringing the community together through the past TEDx events.
