Christa is on a mission to support organizations and their leaders to bring their BOLDEST visions to reality toward a healthier, more equitable, more sustainable world. Her podcast, Engineering Career Conversations, showcases Cornell alumni making such an impact. Christa coaches leaders around the globe. She believes in investing for impact and is an Operating Partner at Chloe Capital, a firm with a focus on investing in female-led technology companies solving some of the world's most pressing problems. She is also an investor in Launch, NY, which supports the growth of companies in Western NY. She is currently the Director of Cornell’s Engineering Career Center. To re-energize, Christa enjoys time outside on the water, swimming or paddling, or surrounded by trees, backpacking or snowshoeing. She enjoys challenging herself through running, triathlons, and ice hockey and appreciates the connection between the physical and mental.
