The current Event and Visitor Services Coordinator for the University of Derby. A recent BA (Hons) Event Management graduate from the University of Derby, and due to begin further study for a MSc in Event Management. Experience in delivering international conferences, weddings, charity projects, student events and private functions. Planning and developing an improved visitor welcome strategy for the Grade II listed Devonshire Dome. Working closely with Event Management and Tourism Students to produce new and innovative services and experiences for visitors.

I'm passionate about event experience with research surrounding the five senses of event experience: exploring the concept of immersion, due to be published in December 2019.
