Bio
Ethel Rubinstein is a dyed-in-the-wool, take-no-prisoners, producer. She never wasted a second head-butting the glass ceiling. Ethel circumnavigated it by becoming Owner and CEO of her own company. Make that 'companies'. She pioneered the model of a creative collective of advertising and branding companies and called it Lively Group. An innovative, vertically integrated service company that was the first of it’s kind; a lot like Ethel. She can name among her company’s clients global advertising agencies, top film and music video directors and producers as well as some of the world’s top brands.
She is also a woman who supports other women, mentoring countless young female professionals as they rose up the ad industry ranks.
Ethel was a member of the judging panel for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Emmy Awards, as well as a judge for the Association of Independent Commercial Producers AICP Show for the permanent collection of MOMA. Accordingly, Ethel was a recipient of the Boards Magazine premier list of Advertising Women of Excellence.
Amazingly enough, Ethel still finds time to go home to her husband, Eli Feuer and their Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Jake. They live in NY and have a daughter, Ava, who resides in the cool part of town.
