David Christie

David is the founder of Innovationarts, a boutique consultancy specialising in innovation and organisational transformation through collaboration and design thinking. He consults to many organisations - corporate, government and civil society - to help them address the challenges they face through a unique approach to decision-making. This approach is now used extensively at The World Economic Forum's summits, as well as in negotiation and reconciliation situations. He has lived and worked in China for three years, where he consulted to blue-chip organisations with a strong operational base in East Asia as well as establishing a number of trading and retail ventures. Prior to his time in China, David was a senior manager with Ernst and Young, which he joined as a research associate. Whilst at E&Y he specialised in accelerated business transformation and the development of collaborative engagement models to facilitate large-scale change programmes; from Strategy Design through to implementation and continuous improvement. David lives in London and enjoys yoga, football and reading - widely and weirdly!
