Keith Rosenbloom

Keith was born in Baltimore and raised in Englewood, New Jersey. He lives in New York City where he is the managing member of CARE Capital Group where he looks to invest in undervalued public and private companies (including the world's greatest Cookie Company -- (www.ChocolateTopCookies.com) and has co-founded three different investment partnerships. He was formerly the portfolio manager of the CARE Fund and a Director of ComVest Group Holdings as well as a managing partner of ComVest Venture Partners, a private equity and bridge loan fund. Mr. Rosenbloom was also previously the Director of Merchant Banking for Commonwealth Associates L.P. He has led, invested in or executed approximately 70 direct investments for publicly traded companies. He serves on the Investment Committee Hillel International Board of Governors, and is a director of the Venture Investors Association of New York (VIANY). Mr. Rosenbloom graduated cum laude from Yale University. He is a co-founder of the Charity NATAN and serves on the boards of Hillel, UJA-Federation of New York and Hatzolah (the volunteer ambulance corps of Israel).
