I am passionate about Gender and Race Pay equity - it is the fundamental basis of Inclusivity. It is measurable, and easily recognisable, and therefore can be rectified. If people are not valued equally for performing the same or similar roles, how can we expect people to feel equally respected.

If everyone treated each other with Compassion and Respect, valuing each other as you would a friend, then the need to separate ourselves by our diversity and reconnect ourselves through inclusivity will become redundant. The world will have made a cultural transformation where everyone is valued equally for the contributions they bring and everyone will feel the value of their contribution.
