About Elizabeth
Bio
Elizabeth spent 25 years as an executive in investment banking and private equity before founding Echo Juliette with the mission of making workplaces more human-centric. Through subsidiary Juliette Works she helps companies close the Gender Leadership Gap. She works with clients across the UK and US to create high performing leadership teams and shift their culture to optimize the power of engaged people.
Elizabeth is a certified coach, a qualified teacher of mindfulness and serves on the board of two public companies and two non-profits. She has a BA in Sociology from Duke University, an MBA from The Wharton School and is a proud mom of two teenage sons and a Lagotto named Sydney London.
