Bio
Argentinian young business woman always seeking to improve and do things differently. Antonella values innovation and creativity as a way of thinking, collective intelligence and gender balance as a way of evolve society. Also interested in Leadership not only regarding how to better develop leaders but about finding the right attributes that fit current world challenges.
Although Antonella's career was developed in the corporate environment she considers herself as a social entrepreneur driven by a commitment to make the world a better place - someone who works within companies and believes that commitment, craft, and power are exactly what the world needs to move companies to align economic and social goals.
Antonella already lived in 5 different cities in 3 different countries enjoying adapting and getting to know different cultures and environments. She is currently working in a multinational company holding a senior position in the Managerial and Organizational Development area. One of her main achievements was to develop a sharing knowledge and collaboration platform for Latin America and Canada that is now being extended worldwide and led the Regional Talent Forum with the most promising talents across Latin America Region.
She strongly believes in the concept of leaving a legacy and trying to change how things are done in the current world and she sees TED as a great opportunity to share her views and passion about this and moreover to exchange ideas and to learn from others in order to all together build a new way world with less individualism, better leaders, fair societies with equal opportunities beyond their gender, culture or ethnicity.
