I have a great experience (+13 years) as personal development trainer, career coach and psychotherapist. I work with individual clients and as well with world wide corporations. My work is always personalized and adjusted on each client's needs. In my spare time I play in theatrical plays and I'm also a full time mom.

Life. I love life. I am an explorer. Of everything. I like discovering stories, understanding art, singing, working with my clients, learning each day, playing with pets. I am a flawed human being, someone who loves life and loves helping and supporting others achieve their best.

My own idea worth spreading each day, every day is that the resources you are looking for are within you. The answer you already know it. All you need is that someone who believes in you. In terms of TED, the idea worth spreading which is also one of my favorite Ted Talks is that of Will Stephen - How to sound smart in your Ted Talk: There's never nothing. There's always something. It's up to us to give a meaning.

My TED story began in 2011 when a colleague of mine introduced me to the concept of Ideas worth spreading. I started going to local TEDx events in my home town, at the same time trying to find my way into one of the organizing teams. My luck turned in march 2019 when i got accepted as core member into TEDx Obor where i handled the speakers' preparation (individual and group training sessions). After this great experience and understanding how things go, together with Alina Marcu I decided to submit for my own TEDx license and thus, TEDx Baneasa was born, in november 2019. Since then I have been in charge of all responsibilities that fall under the role of co-organizer, at the same time maintaining the role of Speakers' trainer and coach.
