Bio
I am a passionate young filmmaker driven by life-changing ideas and the transformative power of storytelling. I studied Film and Television at Wits University, graduating with distinction at Honours level, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree. My work gravitates towards coming-of-age stories, where I explore the complexities of growth, identity, and resilience. Beyond my craft, I am a kind, curious, and compassionate individual who values collaboration, empathy, and authentic human connection—qualities that I strive to reflect both in my work and in my relationships.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about visual storytelling and the idea of being able to see the world through another's lens. I believe this makes us better human beings who are compassionate and kind. I am also passionate about my country, South Africa, I dream of seeing it flourish and of breaking the shackles that continue to hold back the black child.
An idea worth spreading

The TED story
Growing up, I loved public speaking and the process behind it—choosing a topic, researching, and shaping it into something both engaging and accessible. Naturally, I gravitated towards TED Talks, which inspired me to volunteer at TEDxJohannesburg. This experience continues to keep me curious, informed, connected, and constantly growing, while also enriching my journey as a filmmaker.
