Lisa Scott is the CEO and founder of Intuitive Edge LLC, an alternative legal services provider. Intuitive Edge is known for providing contracts solutions that help companies manage their business-to-business contract projects, process, standardization and negotiation efforts. For larger corporations, Intuitive Edge provides managed FLEX teams that are led by a senior project attorney. The Small Business Program provides as-needed general counsel services to businesses earning under $50 million in annual revenue. Intuitive Edge will also engage in consulting engagements to perform gap assessments, provide recommendations and implement a project plan. The goal is to maximize value through solid and efficient contracts programs that enable the business to reduce risk and protect its interests. Lisa is highly focused on bringing in the best people for her project engagements. Before devoting her work fulltime to Intuitive Edge, Lisa worked as a Customer Solutions Director at Ericsson North America whose clients included AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile just to name a few. She also spent many years as a Director in the Strategic Sourcing Department at Ericsson North America where she established new functional areas, managed change, improved process and contributed to millions of dollars in reduced spending through written contracts, negotiation and creative business models. Prior to Ericsson she worked as in-house counsel at AFL Telecommunications, an engineering and construction firm in San Diego, CA. Lisa is highly active in the community, including the Women’s Business Council and Association of Corporate Counsel. She builds strong reciprocal relationships and has amassed a large network of professionals, friends and colleagues. She participated in the My Business Challenge pitch contest and won 2nd place. Lisa is also an active publisher on Linkedin, writing on a variety of topics from contracts management to privacy to leadership topics. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a dual major in Anthropology and Chinese Studies. She also attended California Western School of Law and is an active licensed attorney in the State of California. She studied abroad at both Beijing University and Oxford University. She also taught English in Japan and has traveled and lived extensively in Asia and Europe. She is an accomplished pianist and is now teaching her two children how to play. Lisa currently lives in Frisco, TX near Dallas.
