I'm a change-maker. My whole life - personal, professional and spiritual - is about two fundamental questions: 1. how can I contribute in relieving the suffering of sentient beings ? 2. how can I contribute in spreading loving-kindness and happiness to sentient beings ? As a social and compassionate entrepreneur, I've founded and currently manage Metta Bhavana - a positive initiative that aims at imagining and building more compassionate organisations and societies - bridges between secular wisdom and business, leadership and love, compassion, scientific research and innovation ! A joyful and endlessly enthusiast, I journeyed all over the world for more than 5 years, 25 countries and 200,000 km. My spiritual quest ❤️ I hold a MBA (ESG, Paris XI), Major in Human Relations and Flourishing, and I love sharing new ideas through experiential keynotes, programs, conferences and creative projects. My heart is set - amongst other fields - on spreading happiness and secular wisdom within XXIst century organizations. I've been designing and offering a huge range of transformative 'experiences' such as Mindful Diners and Silence-based retreats for Executives, Leaders and A-class decision-makers. I'm also deeply involved into innovative projects within the mental health field - including pioneer initiatives in psychiatric hospitals (150 to date) - a really moving place to deeply learn about the human mind and its challenges. I'm a recognized expert and leader within the field of Education thanks to projects such as our curriculums based on compassionate mindfulness and secular wisdom - we put the french schools on the world map of creativity and innovation. I live on the island of Reunion, an inspiring and beautiful jewel where cultures, colours and spiritualities all melt in the heart of the Indian Ocean.
