I was invited as a Speaker at TEDxChouaibDoukkaliU, El Jadida, Morocco in 2019. The talk titled ‘The Box Sutra’ is based on a novel approach to teaching Creativity and Innovation, developed by me, whereby students are required to bring about a small but substantial change in a corner at their home, hostel or office. The assignment is very popular among students and helps to develop design thinking among students. Besides, it teaches them the art of working within constraints, develops negotiation skills, communication skills and team management skills. I was a Speaker at TEDxIESMCRC, Mumbai in 2018. The talk was titled ‘My Experiments with HOPE’, is based on a successful and popular classroom exercise designed by me whereby students visit places of worship of different religions and speak about their experience. The exercise pushes the students out of their comfort zones, encourages them to develop cross- cultural sensitivity and promotes values of secularism, tolerance, democracy and reflection.
